Changuk SohnChanguk Sohn is a freelance photographer and also a researcher at the Human Media Lab (http://www.hml.queensu.ca). As a researcher, he is interested in using video to capture and understand visual attention towards improving the way that people interact with technology. Changuk was interested in photography; especially Infrared and Astro photography. When he started researching about equipment and techniques of Infrared and Astro photography, he soon realized how expensive and difficult this interest can be. Thus, for a short time, he contemplated a life devoted to golfing rather than photography. However, his interest in photography persisted and he is now the owner of some decent equipment to uncover the world hidden to our naked eyes. He enjoys working with people. He also shoots sports, nature and commercial photographs. When he shoots film he use full manual vintage cameras such as Kodak, Zeiss Ikon and, Voigtlander cameras. If he is shooting digital he use Canon camera body and lenses. Also, he uses a modified Sony camera for Infrared photos. Changuk Sohn
