Memberships
Cards must be presented upon entering the building.
Full Time Students
Upon paying Athletic Fees have access to the P.E.C. during Fall and Winter terms.
Faculty & Staff
The following have full access to P.E.C. They do not need to purchase a membership, but must show valid cards:

Retiree Card (gold) are issued by the Office of Pensions, Investments and Insurance at the time of retirement.
- Regular Employee Cards (blue) are issued to Queen’s employees who have a continuing, tenured or tenure track appointment.
- Term Employee Cards (red) are issued to Queen’s employees who do not have a continuing, tenured or tenure track appointment but have a current appointment that has an end date. These card holders will receive a P.E.C. card for access to the building from the P.E.C. Customer Service Counter between 10:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Payroll Deduction is available to full time faculty and staff with blue and red staff cards who wish to purchase spouse memberships, family passes or locker and laundry service. Your services will automatically be renewed every July 1st for the following year with notification of price, policy or service changes. Full month services will be eligible for changes or cancellations. To sign up for payroll deduction please come to the P.E.C. Customer Service Counter between 10:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Refunds
Will only be given for each complete month not used. A $20.00 administration fee will be assessed to all refunds.
Family Activity Pass
All participants in family activities (including P.E.C. membership holders) are required to pay for these activities.

Family Activity Pass can be purchased by anyone holding a P.E.C. membership. This pass is good for Family Activities ONLY. Children must be accompanied by their parent(s). If you have purchased your 26 visit pass, you must present it when you come or you will be required to purchase the per visit pass.

Guest passes must be purchased for visitors (18 years of age and older). Card holders are responsible and must accompany their guest at all times.
Replacement Membership Cards
There is a $10.00 fee for lost or stolen cards.
Gym Clothing & Locker Service
Shorts, T-shirts, socks and towels are available as many times per day as you wish plus half-locker or basket to store your personal belongings. This service is available to purchase at the P.E.C. Customer Service Counter between 10:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Students
Students may purchase locker/laundry service to any one of our expiry dates as long as they have a valid card.
Students may hold their basket or locker for the summer at a fee of $5.00 (plus tax) per month.
Staff (Blue Card)
Staff may purchase locker/laundry (check with the Administration regarding expiry dates). We also have Payroll Deduction available for Blue card and Red card holders.
All Other Memberships
May purchase to the expiry date of their membership.
Refunds
Refunds will be given for each complete month that has not been used minus a $20.00 Administration fee.
