This pass will allow you to participate in any of the scheduled fitness classes on the weekly schedule. Over 20 classes per week will be offered. Space is limited to 40 people per class. 15 week session per term. Class types will include but are not limited to: Super Ab Blast; Duo Step Class; Body Sculpt and Tone; Circuit Training; Kick Boxing Cardio Combo Classes; Sport Conditioning

One-on-one exercise sessions with one of our exercise specialists designed to provide you with professional instruction, monitoring, guidance and support during your exercise program. Sessions are available individually or in packages. Several packages are available and these can be easily tailored to individual needs and goals.

Get a great workout in the form of sports and games. Based upon the interests of participants, activities may include soccer, basketball, floor hockey and European Handball. Maximum 24 participants. 12 week session. 3 classes per week.

Learn how to use weights safely and effectively as part of a strength training program. Learn proper technique in all core and secondary lifts and how to group exercises for muscular balance. Train as a group once a week and have your technique analyzed and corrected. Participants are asked to be fully warmed up before the class begins. Maximum 24 participants. 10 week session.

This full body workout focuses on strengthening and toning your core, abs and back while helping to improve your posture, balance and flexibility. 10 week session.

This is a comprehensive 25-hour course that will increase your knowledge and confidence
to train clients 1-on-1 or in a small group (2-3 people) setting. A Can-Fit-Pro certified PTS is
qualified to evaluate, prescribe and monitor individual training programs in a health club and or home / workplace setting. You will learn the skills needed to train a client with no special health concerns. Topics include: fitness theory, components of a workout, cardiovascular and resistance training, nutritional counceling and weight management. Price includes manual and study guide. ~$154.00 exam fee not included, nor is the Can-Fit-Pro membership fee of $69.99.
